Empowering adoptees to reclaim their stories through education, wellness, and advocacy.

When an adoptee enters the world, their story begins with both love and loss — a journey of identity, discovery, and healing that continues throughout their lives. Enough Adoption Foundation was born from that journey.

Founded by Mia Dickerson, Enough is more than an organization — it’s a movement to build community and bridge the gaps in adoption support systems. Too many adoptees grow up without access to their medical histories, without language to process their emotions, and without professionals who truly understand the complexities of adoption.

At Enough, we’re striving to change that. We believe every adoptee deserves access to wellness support, including but not limited to adoption-competent therapists, accurate and updated medical records and streamlined processes to identify birth family members. We’re building a network of education, support services, and advocacy to create long-term, systemic change — not just for adoptees, but for the families who love them.

Through community events, mentorship programs, and educational workshops, Enough aims to build spaces where adoptees can connect, heal, and thrive. And through policy education and research, we’re working to ensure that adoption systems are transparent, equitable, and informed by lived experiences.

Together, we can reimagine what it means to belong. Because every adoptee deserves to know that they are, and always have been, enough.

Join the movement. Follow Enough on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — and consider making a donation to help us expand our programs and outreach.
